The school is organized on a two-semester system and provides a comprehensive and diverse education program, crafted to enrich the students' learning experience.
Our school expresses an ongoing commitment to the well-being of our community by providing local, affordable, safe, and secure childcare and private education services for parents in Prince William County who simply want to navigate the rigors of everyday life without worrying about their children’s safety.
Unity Children of the Light's mission is to provide a Christian school that delivers rigorous academic instruction designed to nurture and stimulate an environment that supports educational, social, moral, physical, and spiritual growth before and after school hours.
By providing the option of breakfast and quiet activities before the start of the school day, our aim is to help students prepare for the day ahead.
At Unity Children of the Light Christian School, students are encouraged to combine their academic curriculum with extra-curricular activities. Unity Children of the Light Christian School offers a wide range of after-school activities and enrichment programs in which students are strongly encouraged to choose an activity which meets their talents and interests.
In order to ensure that all students have opportunities to meet with and be present for academic success, Unity Children of the Light Christian School provides safe and reliable transportation to and from school.
At Unity Children of the Light Christian School, students who need additional academic support have the option of tutoring access, which assists students in variety of ways. We provide tutoring support to students in elementary school, and to those in their secondary school years.
We provide care support to students during holidays and school breaks, prioritizing the well-being of students and a secure and supportive environment. It is our aim to ensure that both parents and students have an outlet for assistance.
The Unity Children of the Light Christian School provides support to students in their transition from grade to grade through enriching summer programs helping them to prepare for the year ahead. The summer programs offer students invaluable opportunities for personal and intellectual growth.
